The Americans was terrific imo, and it's a huge shame it hasn't gotten the awards attention it deserves. Very much worth picking up.

Strangely, I saw it at my BB last Wednesday for a cheaper price, either $22.99 or $24.99. I would have mentioned it, but I didn't know that that was irregular as my modem died and I've had no internet access for a week. Thanks for all the posts, meanwhile.

24: The complete series is also on sale this week for $114. I'm tempted but hoping it might go lower.

Foxconnect.com had the entire series for like 48 bucks during their blackfriday sale in the individual season sets.

Jack is back for another season this May... making this "complete" series obsolete, so just save your money for the ultimate complete series set

This twelve episode limited series could be a winner; if that happens, perhaps a season ten could occur. That's what I'm hoping for.

Plus that box set has an exclusive bonus disc. I own all the season sets, I would like to have that bonus and slip it into a CD envelope inside S8.
