Pretty damn good finale. Maybe everything was tied together a little too conveniently, but still. It'll be interesting to see just how they can resolve all of this..

"Sin is upon these beads! The sin of defying God, of cheating death! Ooga-Booga!"
John Noble can sell even the ripest dialogue, he's awesome.

There was one cool and twisty finale. I can't believe it's going to be eight months until we get new episodes.

Good finale. I hope they don't go more than 13 episodes next season. I thought the show dragged a bit during the second half, although I now see the importance of those episodes.

Sometimes I like the idea of shorter seasons when done right. However if they are just going to drag out one story for all of season two they might as well make it a standard full season so there is less of a wait. When a smaller season the main plot should be tired up by the end.

It was good, enjoyed and looking forward to more.

Spoiler:
Damn, I liked John Noble, and here he turns out to be a villain. I am a raging claustrophobia, can we seriously have a moratorium on depictions of live burial? The 200 year stuff sounds fucking terrifying. That's a mother of a cliffhanger, nice job, I'll be back next season. Kurtzman and Orci, fans who's dreams have come true and become a major force in Hollywood, how I envy them . Predicting that Orlando Jones will ride back into the picture at the 11th hour to save the gang.

I didn't see that coming. Great twist.

But 8 months to wait for the next episode? DAMN.

John Noble needs to be the main villain in Star Wars Episode VII. He just has to.

It is unusual for a series finale to raise up all the previous ones, but this one did.
Equal parts Buffy, National Treasure and horror, this was a terrifically fun season finale that had tons of interesting twists and turns that I did not see coming until they were obvious. Looking forward to season 2.

I was REALLY hoping for a semi-alive zombie George Washington...

As I watched the ending I said to myself "Didn't I just see this in "Once Upon a Time'?".

Didn't really love the first few episodes, but came to really enjoy this show. The finale was just great and really has me excited for next season.

John Noble is the best. He does both sweet & confused and evil & deranged so very well.

Re: Sleepy Hollow -- 2 Hour Season Finale -- "The Indispensable Man/Bad Blood" -- 1/2

Been playing catchup. I agree this show wasn't the best, but it improved a lot as the season progressed. I think the finale was really well done and I'm excited to see where season 2 goes.

I was watching hour 1 and thought - I feel like John Nobel is being wasted. Then you get the twist in hour 2 and its' s fantastic! Really great use of his talents. I did think we hadn't seen the last of the son, but I definitely didn't expect it in this manner.

For season 2 I'd like to see a few tweaks:

1) a larger ensemble and sense of world view. They have developed some good elements, but then they are dismissed. Plus, all of this is going on, and only something like 5 people know.

2) keep the episode order down. I've heard they may go past 13 episodes. I hope they keep 13, or break into two smaller seasons.

John Noble was promoted to series regular. Will be on full-time next season

Lyndie Greenwood (Abby's sister) was also promoted to regular.

Took me forever to realize Abby's sister was the British chick from Nikita. I'm pretty sure it was the hairstyle.
