Fuck! For some reason watched this episode instead of the one for 1/13. I was reading the comments in that other thread and I was like "The wife what?", and that's why that scene with the wife didn't make sense here. Oh well...

I blame my DVR.

Anyway, I thought this was a good episode. Better than the pilot, the other episode I've watched.

Although I think they should air this earlier. This should be an 8 or 9 pm show. You won't see a lot of "adult" situations here.

Still having trouble warming to Gabriel. I understand he is conflicted however the character is just so dour all the time. They need to add some humor, at least a little charisma. Even NCIS characters have fun and joke with each other on occasion. I like the storylines and the action to at least keep DVR'ing it.

I just finished watching this tonight. Haven't seen Mondays yet.

But this was the best of the 3 that have aired so far. Good to see Annie Wersching from 24 in this. I also enjoyed the little mental warfare going on between Gabriel and Mei Chen.

They wiped out the stolen data from Mei Chen, but she isn't dead, so I think she could return again in a future episode.

Marg has been good as the boss and I'm really liking Riley as Gabe's handler. Yeah she's really attractive and it's unrealistic that someone that hot would be in that position, but you know who cares.

I agree. The 10pm timeslot is killing this show. 10pm is really late for most people and it's hard enough to get someone to watch a 3rd show in the same timeslot, when they have already committed to The Blacklist and Castle. The premiere numbers when it aired after NCIS were great. I think it would definitely do better at 8 or 9.

No one is giving up on Castle or Blacklist for this show. It's not bad and has some promise but so far there really is no "personality". No stand-out, must see character or anticipated arc. It seems like they tell the actors to leave any charisma in the dressing room. The one bad guy computer nerd had a personality but he's such a tertiary character it doesn't help.

Last night's was probably the best episode yet. Borderline "Blacklist" good. Excellent ending too.

I don't think this show is in the same zip code as The Black List.
