Didn't really care for this episode to be perfectly honest. After the awesomeness of last week, this was pretty much a by the numbers plot. While the episode started out pretty cool, I thought the overall plot with the Alchemist was pretty boring.
Plus, Red had minimal screen time in this episode. This was more about Lizzy and Tom's issues. I guess the writers thought they needed to give Megan Boone more to do with week and delve more into their issues along with Tom's secrets.
The only interesting part was the end scene where Mira was revealed to be the mole.

The FBI in this are now at The Following levels of stupidity. If it wasn't for James Spader's character, I'd be dumping this show too. But Red is still awesomesauce.

Exactly what I came in here to post. I bailed out of this episode at the halfway point and put on a travel show. I like Spader in this, but the rest of the characters suck and I don't think I'll watch again.

It was probably the most boring, predictable episode of The Blacklist. They can't all be winners in a long television season.
Some of the procedural trappings hurt this series at times. They need to let some of the Blacklisters "win" an episode, or all the talk about how great the members of the Blacklist are will ring hollow.

I kind of liked this episode. Started off well. I thought the Alchemist was a worthy "blacklist" candidate, but should have been higher than #101 (if those numbers really mean anything at all..haha)
But the overall plot wasn't that exciting.

I still love the show but it will likely be better actually dumping the Blacklister of the week aspect. Pretty funny that the element that probably was the reason the show got green lit is actually its worst element.

Either limp or don't limp, Ressler. Can't have it both ways dude unless your mutant healing factor kicked in. Not sure how the alchemist can replace all DNA? Wouldn't it have been easy to grab hair as a sample. So I guess it's Reddington that put the woman up to Tom? And maybe the alchemist had something to do with that Lucy woman Reddington is searching for?

Megan Boone is still the weakest link in the cast by a mile. How in the hell was she cast as the lead? And why do they insist she wear the damn wigs?
