LOL
loved it that they had someone say "I've never heard of 5-0"
the way they always show up some where and say 5-0 and expect everyone to know they're the special police has always bugged me

No action, but I enjoyed the episode.
But damn, that last scene was over-the-top patriotic. And the musical score was blasting like I was watching Band of Brothers or something.

I wonder why they didn't air this episode on 12/6 so it would have aired as close to Pearl Harbor Day as possible. It was a decent episode, but I'm glad next week's episode looks like it returns to over-the-top action.
Did Grace Park want off the show or a lighter schedule? They've really diminished her role this season. She wasn't even in this one.

Very patriotic episode.
Didn't make sense for CBS to postpone this episode until 12/13. They should have aired this on 12/6. It would have made much more sense.
Anyways, the opening sequence of the attack on Pearl Harbor was surprisingly well done for a TV budget. I wonder how much of the episode budget went to recreating that sequence through CGI.
at the old man saying he's never heard of Five-O. I guess they finally wanted to acknowledge that somehow.
Just found this:

Grace Park indeed did have a baby in October. She lives in Vancouver in the offseason and they had to film some scenes there because she just gave birth.
