MOST Warner (catalog title) boxed sets on sale @ Amazon!
There are several previous posts for single items, but I wanted to point out that MOST Warner catalog title boxed sets sold directly by Amazon appear to be on sale now for prices that either meet or greatly exceed their lowest prices of all time. I currently have these in my shopping cart
Hollywood's Legends of Horror Collection: $17.49
Warner Gangsters Collection, Vol. 1: $18.99
TCM Archives: Forbidden Hollywood Collection - Vol 1: $15.99
TCM Archives - Forbidden Hollywood Collection, Vol. 2: $16.49
and am toying with adding the Complete Thin Man Collection ($20.49) or the first Busby Berkeley Collection ($18.49...got the 2nd set at Big Lots for $5), the third Forbidden Hollywood Collection ($20.99), or something else. If you're looking for noir, gangsters, horror, musicals, pre-code, or any of WB's movie star "Signature Collections", do get on Amazon and start looking! Given the big direct sales we've been seeing by Warner and Fox this month, I am questioning how much stock will be around this time next year...?
