I hate the America character. I wish she would go away. Their motivation for helping her friend doesn't even make sense. Whatever.

Not a bad episode.. David Lee continues to be David Lee trying to poison Will's current interest against him. Though I do think its just a fling/phase because he was truly hurt by Alicia. I wonder if they are also setting up some long game with Peter and Alicia. This is the second or third episode where I, at least, have noticed some obvious sexual tension between Peter and the ethics woman (can't recall her name). Also the way in which Peter is seeming to be helping Alicia and her new firm by using his position that would not otherwise be available to her. As much as I liked the dynamic of Will and Alicia together as co-workers/flirting.... I think to go back to that later in the series would feel a little cheap.
