Loved it.

Didn't think it was possible after season 3, but a fantastic season that made it an incredible series.

I'll miss Stevie's inappropriate things during the series. Even this episode when he yelled fuck you in that kids face, I was laughing.

Also, for some reason, I thought it was really funny when Gene was yelling at Dixie and called her an idiot.

The ending was more or less perfect. I don't think we've seen the last of Mr.Powers...not by a long shot.

The last scenes were so over the top I was dying.

Gene standing up to Dixie was great.

I almost expected Kenny to back working at the car rental place after April asked if he was since he'd been in there for hours making this entire season just the screenplay.

I don't know why people keep interpreting it this way, when there was clearly "Santa Fe" decor in the house at the end.

Re: Eastbound and Down -- Series Finale -- "Chapter 29" -- 11/17/13

Stevie yelling out "World Star! World Star!" in reference to the World Star hip hop site was fucking hilarious. As was Stevie as a mentally challenged character.

So there's the Lindsey Lohan cameo. This might be the best finale in the history of television ever. So random and so crazy.

Can we please get a spinoff show with just Stevie? I'd watch the shit out of that.

It was really good.
Spoiler:
April getting blasted caught me off guard, loved how over-the-top everything was at the end.

Also, Erik as Kenny's adult son kept making me did of laughter with the way he looked.

Was I the only one expecting Kenny to become some kind of Batman?
Spoiler:
(After April was killed)

I thought that for a minute.

It certainly seemed like it was almost going that route...and I don't think it's outlandish for this show to be prepared for that.

Also, edited my post so I don't accidentally spoil it for anyone.

What a season, what a finale. Perfect ending. How has nobody brought up Sasha Baron Cohen's cock? How about the kid sticking his fingers up the fat man's ass? I love that he wrote a scene into his screenplay of him watching the filming of the movie.

Agreed, I had no idea Sasha was going to be in the episode, and he was great.

Such a fantastic finale. That final sequence was nothing short of amazing and the final shot of the episode zooming in on the baseball as Kenny says "I'm finished".

Also, loved that Kenny pulls up in his car with "Cry Little Sister" blasting.

This. That was fantastic. I was laughing so hard during the last few minutes.
