Meh. What fun would it be for them to ride in a truck together (though watching them change a tire might have been hilarious)? And miss Chi McBride (or his double) on horseback?

Damn fun episode. I agree with Red Dog. Way better than the WoFat & Yakuza crap.
As much as MS advertises in show, I'm surprised the kid didn't have an xbox one.
Yeah, there was one shot/angle that made it seem clear he didn't ride himself.

So they went to Japan to help Kono, find out Adam put himself into hiding and she decided to stay and look for him?
Why is she still a part of the show right now again? They really have nothing for her to do this season.

It's funny how they didn't have cellular service but overlooked the fact that the kid had wi-fi. He had to have a computer in the house.

Enjoyed this episode. Didn't expect a Jonas brother to be a bad guy.

That wouldn't have worked. Their bullets have no oomph! Didn't you see them sparking off of the tail lights without even breaking the plastic lens? No way the bullets would have smashed the modem. Now if they had dropped it...

Jerry Levine director
Episode "Akanahe", actor playing Ian, after being punched in the face a 2nd time, while his hands are supposedly zip tied behind his back, lifts his left arm up, and slowly puts it back behind his back, where it, was supposed to be "cuffed" the entire time. After a short conversation McGarette cuts the zip tie. How could director Jerry Levine allow this mistake to make it on the air? This after they had already not been able to contact help from Ian's house because of no cell reception and no "land line" in the house. Ian had been playing Halo on line when they entered his house. Come on Levine who did you hire for continuity? Tell them to get their heads out their, butts and do their jobs!

Well, I would also never hire the DP or the Camera Ops also since they seem to forget that highly polished cars will cast a reflection. Can one get TWC (in Hawaii it's Oceanic Cable) without a land line?
Why didn't they place someone onboard the plane to Pago Pago as a backup or alert an air marshall to follow the kid? And why wasn't the daughter's computer confiscated as evidence?

Just watched this tonight.
Why is Kono still on this show? Just write her out for God's sake. Have her find Adam and let them go off and live happily ever after.
Catherine has already proven to be a more than adequate replacement.
As for this episode, I loved the interactions between Grover and Steve. Some really funny scenes and I liked that they still don't quite get along, but bonded in this episode.
and yeah of all people to cast as the hacker...Nick Jonas? Total douchebag character.

Chi McBride (Captain Grover) was promoted to series regular. He's now a permanent cast member.
Ratings are up in total viewers, but down in the demos.

Just watched this episode.
I can't figure out what they're doing with the characters.
Kono is a waste, but Katherine, while a great character, isn't all that different in her role. Why throw Kono to Tokyo and introduce Katherine?
Grover, while a great character, isn't all that different from Danny in his role. Why have Danny missing and Grover in the episode?
Have these actors chosen not to be it the show so they're replacing them? Is it a matter of budgets? Ratings? What's going on?
