Wireless headphones for a TV?

Yes, they make them.
I've never seen any that can be hooked up with HDMI. Most likely you will be running a headphone or composite audio out from your tv. Some models can have an optical input to the charging/transmitter base, but that's typically only on the more expensive models.
You're probably looking at around $80 - $130
