Masters of Sex - "Thank You For Coming" - 10/20/13
Episode Synopsis: New participants are recruited on campus for the study and Johnson is shocked when her ex-husband wants to sign up. Meanwhile, Masters' mother visits but her new take on life stirs up painful memories; and Libby's attempt at playing matchmaker for Virginia and Ethan doesn't go as smoothly as she had hoped. I was looking at some background on Masters and Johnson today. Those 2 have so much story together. The show is only in the early stages of their relationship. This could easily be a 6-7 season story depending on how fast they progress their story.

Also I was confused why Bill wouldn't tell Libby that Ethan and Virginia had a thing a while back when he found out she was trying the set them up. No reason to not tell her the truth.

Not at all surprising considering the quality of the show and the critical reception, but nice to see that it happened anyway. I think Lizzy Kaplan gives one of the most faceted, interesting performances on TV.
BTW : I'm guessing whoever came up with this week's oh-so-clever episode title also was the guy who thought of the opening credit sequence.

It's funny : I don't recall seeing her in anything before, but everything I read seems to indicate that she's quite famous and has carved out a niche with a certain character type. All I know is that she's killing it on this show; smart and sexy like nobody else on TV

Watch Party Down, it's amazing.
I'm also enjoying this show a lot. It's really well written, striking a good balance between silliness, insight, and some pretty heavy drama.
