This episode was hilarious. I was laughing after a lot of the punch-lines.

Melissa Fumero

"That's why we do this sir"

"For praise?"

"Uhhhhhh...."

The show is coming together (Lo Truglio and Crews could be a great pairing), but they still need to find a consistent tone or balance to Samberg's character.

This might by my favorite new show of the season. I hope it continues being this funny every week and it lasts long enough to get a second season from Fox.

This show hasn't let me down yet! I thought the castle-building storyline was a bit out of nowhere, but I loved the at-risk kids storyline. And Samberg's pmuls.

I love Andre Braugher's deadpan delivery and how it stops everyone else in their tracks. This is my favorite new show of the season too.

"Black people CAN sell drugs!"

For me, it's all about Rosa. She's hilarious.

Re: Brooklyn Nine-Nine - "The Slump" - 10/1/13

I watched this show for the first time last night. Based on the pilot previews, I didn't think it would be very good. I was pleasantly surprised and entertained. I wasn't expecting to add this show to my list of shows to watch, but it's earned a few episodes at least, and now I have to go back and watch the first couple.

It's not bad but will get old real fast if every episode is about Jake unwittingly learning a lesson about being a good cop from the new Captain.

I'm sure it'll evolve, most shows seem to start off a bit confined.

Re: Brooklyn Nine-Nine - "The Slump" - 10/1/13

It’s not a back-nine order, but it’s the next best thing.

Fox has commissioned several additional scripts of its rookie Andy Samberg comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine, TVLine has learned exclusively.

The well-reviewed police satire drew a solid 6 million viewers and a 2.5 demo rating in its debut last month. Its ratings have since tapered off as its Tuesday competition has increased (in its most recent outing it notched 3.4 mil/1.4).

Glad to hear the network is at least expressing interest in continuing it.
