SYNOPSIS: Hino Akiharu lost his parents when he was young, and was adopted into his uncle's family. When he noticed that his uncle is after his inheritance, he decides to enter the Hakureiryou boarding school. Akiharu is placed on the school's new servant training department, where students are taught to be maids or butlers. However, his delinquent appearance frightens the girls, who make up the majority of the students.

Unable to get along with his classmates, Akiharu meets his childhood girlfriend Saikyou Tomomi and finds himself stuck in the middle of the school's bickering cliques!

North American distributor Media Blasters announced on Thursday that it has licensed the Ladies versus Butlers! television anime series. Media Blasters noted it plans to release the show on home video in January.

Now as far as dubs go we decided to dub Lady Vs. Butlers and promise more to come in the future on a title by title basis.

Media Blasters Talks ‘Ladies Versus Butlers’ Anime Release Plans

Media Blasters teased us a bit back in January 2014 when it came to their acquisition of Ladies versus Butlers that they were looking at a tentative summer 2014 release for it. Obviously that’s come and gone and Media Blasters has undergone a few changes since then as they got new space, built a dubbing studio and have begun to roll out more releases in general while connecting with fans at conventions.

Having gotten a few of their releases recently, which are coming along quickly as production ramps up, they’re now talking about Ladies versus Butlers again. Their latest news is that they’re prepping for Otakon, their biggest show of the year, and have a big new banner up for the series to show off. They’re hoping to provide previews of the series in English form – as well as Juden Chan, during the convention. The series will start recording its dub on Monday next week, so a release isn’t too far off in our future at this point

Crunchyroll to Add Dubbed "Ladies versus Butlers" and "Juden-chan"

Crunchyroll is teaming up with Media Blasters to bring more dubs to the streaming service. Dubbed versions of both Ladies versus Butlers and Charger Girl Juden-chan are coming soon, and will be available to Crunchyroll members in the United States and Canada.
