Damn, Emily is one badass chick. Easily took out that goon.

Liked the little parallels between 2013 and 2077 with the trials of Alec's brother.

Following up from last week, it's really good to see that Carlos knows and is onboard with Kiera now.

Ending was cool with angry Travis taking out that judge.

Great episode.

I like that, now that Carlos knows, Kiera can freely use all of her powers.

And yeah, Emily really sold that scene. Perfect performance there.

I'm trying really hard NOT to download the rest of the episodes. The show is that good.

I'm right there with you two!

For a minute I thought Emily was going to be a goner, and the infiltration was a misdirection. Did you get the sense she's just trained, or she has super soldier serum?

Regardless, appears she's working for Escher.

Was the outcome of the episode meant to imply history has been changed? Or has somebody in the future just gone back on their word? Old Alec's brother at the sentence said, "No. That's not what's supposed to happen."

Plus, with this future scene I don't know if it's before or after Kira left for the past.

I don't think any of the future scenes are from the future of the storyline. I think they're all flashbacks to events that happened before the time traveling. I think that line, followed by the cut to Alec was meant to imply that he had been the reason that the plan wasn't followed.

My take of the scene is that Alec made it so that his brother would not be with the group that ends up going back in time.
