I personally liked Knocked up, but I didn't need a 133 minute extended cut.
It was already long enough at over 2 hours already. But honestly this movie should have been no more than 105 minutes tops. Judd Apatow doesn't know how to edit down his movies.

This one too. Pointless IMO for 2 lame scenes added in. Cheap cash grab at the time to promote the 2nd film.

Clerks with the alternate ending where Dante dies. (I think that was extended....)

THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY, although I've made that case here in other threads over the years.
And ditto on BATTLE ROYALE.

Green Lantern (just one redundant scene added)
Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (mostly unnecessary details)

Since we're all in a Superman mood right now I'll throw out Superman: The Movie. The deleted scenes, while neat to see after all these years, needed to stay in a deleted scenes section on the DVDs extras. The extended/ deleted scenes made the movie painfully boring and damn near unwatchable.

The Blues Brothers. The extended version is one of the worst re-cuts of a movie I have ever seen. The original version had perfect comedy rhythms and the 18 minutes of footage shoehorned in just decimates it. The new scenes add absolutely zilch.

Dumb & Dumber, and the worst part is, AFAIK you can't watch the theatrical version on Blu-Ray.

Agreed with dumb & dumber and battle royale. Also ditto on the apatow films. 40 year old virgin gets absolutely bogged down with extra scenes.

Re: What extended cut of a movie did you think made it worse?
A few years ago (maybe 5-6) Sony started releasing a bunch of "Extended Cuts" on DVD like Tears of the Sun, The Patriot, Donnie Brasco, The Replacement Killers. My understanding was that those weren't officially sanctioned director's cuts, but just a bunch of deleted or extended scenes put back in.
Personally I think those were stupid ideas and a waste of time.
