Ugh!!!!!!! Frakin' DVR cut off right at the end.

Other than that, this was a great season premiere. Love this show. Spencer is so sexy.

All you missed was the mystery person from the cops funeral putting the dolls of the girls away. Presumably it was "A" He/She than took off the dark veil and was wearing some kind of doll mask.

Anyways, great season premiere. Lots of juicy stuff.

at Aria's dream sequence with Ezra getting arrested for having sex with a minor. I almost thought that was real.

Foreshadowing.

Was able to see the part I missed. Mona doll was creepy. Was the burned side of the mask symbolic of something?

So, was Melissa really the other Queen of Hearts? I've had my suspicions of her since she was getting texts from dead Ian.

Oh no! I don't know what's going on here, but it looks like someone's compromised DVD Talk's review system.

Great review. Now get that firewall up so "A" won't be reviewing season 4 next year.

Clever review, though I think four stars for the third season is very generous.

When I was watching it live, there was a lot of dead air. Marathonning it...I liked it a lot more than I remembered. I think it wants to be an 18 episode season rather than 24, though.

Wait, I mean "A liked it..."

It was the highest rated cable show last night. 3M viewers and 1.3. It's really developed a following.

It definitely seems at a snappier pace than last season.

Re: Pretty Little Liars -- "Turn of the Shoe" -- 6/18/13

Solid episode.

Things are moving along at a pretty brisk pace.

Talking bird was awesome. Loved how it annoyed the crap out of Spencer.

Funny how Hanna is actually the one that provides the comedy relief. Interesting little development with her Mom.

at Alison's holding her breath tantrum to her Mom. She is such a little bitch. Can't believe she was friends with the girls.

Re: Pretty Little Liars -- "Cat's Cradle" -- 6/25/13

Episode was alright. Nothing really happened. Mostly filler.

Looks like they are potentially writing out Holly Marie Combs. I guess that makes sense. The adult characters besides Hanna's Mom don't really have anything to do. Nia Peeples is only a guest star.

What was the deal with the X Ray at the end? Looks like Emily has some kind of injury to her shoulder like a fracture?

Yeah, she got a "Special Guest Star" credit. Previously she was listed with the regular cast (alphabetically).

I kind of thought they were trying to make it seem like Wren may be a part of the A team now. But you're right about it looking like a fracture.

Re: Pretty Little Liars -- "Face Time" -- 7/02/13

I finally watched this yesterday. Not sure if I believe Melissa is looking out for Spencer. I'll be really disappointed if the new cops don't find something out. They are being portrayed as highly intelligent and should solve the murder in a timely manner.

I've never been an Aria fan and I'm hating her new boyfriend subplot.
