Re: Nikita -- "Til Death Do Us Part" -- 5/17/13
Amanda (Melinda Clarke) forces Nikita (Maggie Q) into a life-threatening situation where she has to choose between saving Michael (Shane West) or saving herself. The team races to find a way to stop Amanda, but with a diminished Division, they might finally be out-gunned. Eagle Egilsson directed the episode written by Albert Kim (#322).
Episode 22 of 22
Remember, this will be back 1 more time for a 4th and final season sometime in 2014 (6 episodes)
Looking forward to this. It's been a hell of a ride. Thx to the CW for giving the show a chance to wrap up.

at Nikita being able to get into the underground alleys beneath the White House. The writers were wise to not even try to explain it.
Awesome stuff. This show knows how to do a finale - this had a really nice pace that kept up the tension. Some good action, too - loved whatever crazy move Nikita did to break that guard's neck. The highlight, though, was Nikita busting in at the last minute to save everyone.
Since they didn't show Nikita actually kill the Pres. in the beginning, I figured pretty quickly that she didn't do it. Didn't see the twist coming, though, I thought it would be the Secret Service guy.
Glad they're getting a chance to wrap this up properly.

I would like Alex's first mission for the UN to visit the embassy in my pants.
i could watch Nikita beating people with a stick all day.
Happy they did not kill Michael as i was expecting.

Loved the entire episode. Could tell the writers got a huge kick out of coming up with the increasingly sophisticated and devastating ways Amanda could infiltrate the White House.
Disappointed "Sam" didn't make an appearance.
BUT...
With every season of Nikita seemingly in jeopardy of not getting renewed, I was surprised that this season finale didn't feel like a series finale. Other than the destruction of Division, there was no closure to any of the other plot threads...except, perhaps, "Sam" and his good deed in the previous ep., and perhaps Alex's new UN role.
I wonder if the producers knew that they were going to be guaranteed a proper fourth season and a proper send-off.

Kickass finale.
Kind of saw the twist coming that the President was an imposter and the real one was being held by Amanda.
Some really intense scenes and I loved it when Nikita stormed back into Division and took out all those assassins.
Maggie Q has really grown as an actress over the course of this show IMO. She really handles dramatic scenes so well. I can see her going on to bigger things post-Nikita.
It's going to be a really long wait for these final 6 episodes. I'm just happy that The CW is giving the show a chance to wrap up properly.

She knew about the tunnels from Ryan. He had used them throughout the season to go meet with the president in the WH without being seen.
