Top Chef Canada
Does anyone here watch Canada's Top Chef? I just became aware of it and watched the first episode of season 3. Looks great so far; it reminds of Top Chef when it first started, before it was full of promotional spots and reality TV drama. Also, I find the host easier on the eyes than Padma. The group of chefs they have seems pretty talented as well. I'm glad I found it right when a season was starting.

I picked up the episode off newgroups. I tried to watch it on foodnetwork.ca but it's blocked to people outside of Canada.

I guess he gets Food Network Canada up there in Massachusetts.
If I could get a Canadian VPN, I would definitely check it out. I stopped watching Bravo's Top Chef 2 seasons ago. Just can't get into it after it became more of a reality show than a cooking competition. I enjoy MasterChef on FOX far more.

Agreed. The last two seasons have not been very good. Too much antics and not enough cooking. I hope we get a new season of Masters or Just Desserts soon, which haven't been watered down yet.

I like it. My only complaint is the quality of chefs. The talent pool is closer in quality to Hells Kitchen then the US Top Chef.
