Interesting that BB is carrying this version (since it is an exclusive obviously) but not the standard DVD version. Have any of you guys and gals been able to spot the regular DVD of this event in the stores as well?

It's not a bonus disc ; "Hobbit" exclusive documentary - it's part of the Blu-Ray release.

Thanks John. Nothing on that list for me. As I said in the Target thread, I'm holding out for the extended version of The Hobbit, and for it to reach a reasonable price.
