Good to see "Hands" from Boston Legal again.
I was looking in the guide at next week's episode and it has what must be a generic episode description: "A single father tries to raise his six kids." I thought that was pretty funny.

I'm not sure if this was ever answered. Where do Jimmy lived when he's not with Fiona? Did they ever mentioned he have his own place or live at home?

with the whole will thing, i am not sure why Fiona's fake will didn't supersede Patrick's fake will. if his was dated a year ago, hers would be more recent and should be the one that is most valid, or did i miss something?

He lives at the Gallagher house. He also has his place where Estefina lives that he keeps to maintain appearances that they're married. But it seems that he stays at the Gallagher house as much as possible.

Been really enjoying this show this year, there have been a few episodes where I've been rolling with laughter... its a great mix of comedy and drama, and having the lovely Emmy Rossum topless fro m time to time is nice too

He did but it was never shown or discussed where his primary residence was. And if I remember correctly, he was not staying at home. When they had that episode where he went home, it was a visit.

Season 1 Episode 9 The Devil You Don’t Know: Steve buys house
Season 1 Episode 10 Brother From Another Father: Fiona moves into house, she also tries to be declared Liam's guardian.
Season 1 Episode 11 Lock Up:Tony, the cop, finds out Steve is a car thief and gives him an option, jail or leave.
Season 1 Episode 12 Commitment Issue: Lip and Ian are arrested for driving a stolen car and locked up. Tony gets the charges dropped by bribing the lead detective with Bear's season tickets. Steve then bribes Tony by giving him the house to get the boys out of jail. Steve moves to Costa Rica as the season finale.
Now as to what happens with the house now that Tony owns the house I don't think has ever been addressed.
