I've noticed over the last number of months that every once in a while my Reward Cerificates disappear then they re-appear the next day. I attribute this to weekend batch processing or whatever. Just now (2pm EST) I checked and I have none. I called BB and they said I have the certificates but myrz.com doesn't show them. I usually print them to a PDF file but I got lazy (and stupid). Does this happen to anyone else? I'm not getting a warm and fuzzy here.

Nope, never seen that problem. I usually print them out shortly after they're issued.

I had this happen when I wanted to order a SB for store pickup in the middle of the night. They appeared the next day. I assume it's some kind of system maintenance.

I have my certificates emailed to me. I just go back to to my old e-mail to print them.

Nothing wrong with mine. I use the Best Buy app and have them enter the code that way when checking out.

If you have the Best Buy app, you can just show them the gift certificate from there. My one issue is that sometimes the app fails when trying to load up my certificates. I found that if I just delete the app, then re-install on my iPhone, the certificates come up. When you pull them up on the app, there's a code for the cashier to enter. I haven't printed a certificate for at least 6 months now.
