The Good Wife -- "The Art of War" -- 11/04/12
Synopsis:
"The Art of War" - When a female military officer accuses a civilian contractor of attempting to rape her in Afghanistan, Alicia tries to prove that he is not protected by a law prohibiting servicemen from suing the military. Meanwhile, a surprising new obstacle appears in Peter's quest for the governorship, on THE GOOD WIFE, Sunday, Nov. 4 (9:30-10:30 PM, ET/8:30-9:30 PM, CT/9:00-10:00 PM, PT) on the CBS Television Network. Amanda Peet guest stars as Alicia's client, Brian Dennehy guest stars as opposing counsel Bucky Stabler, Maura Tierney returns as Maddie Hayward and Denis O'Hare returns as Judge Abernathy. Good news. The Producers have realized the Kalinda husband storyline isn't working and are dropping it.

The guest stars on this episode are some of the best, I'd say best Judge for sure.
And I like the new addition, I think she's in for a few episodes.
Cary seems to be back to his old ways, talking to Diane and undermining Will. And the sooner Nick is out of the picture the better.

I'll be so excited when the husband is gone. This was a really good episode from the court case to Peter's new competition to the firm's internal issues. Haven't read the Jobs bio but if it really does have that effect on folks I think I'll skip it.

EW said that guest stars are lining up to work cheap for this show. I guess that's how we get Dennehy, Peet, and others in the same episode. They did say that Peet
.
Maura Tierney is great. Of course as soon as I thought that she pulls the douchey move. Not that I blame the character for doing what she thinks should be done, but still.
