Which Sunday Night Shows do you watch Night Of and Which Do you sit on?

Same as the Thursday thread. Just wanted to see which of these Sunday night shows do you make the effort to watch ASAP (the night it airs) and which do you sit on and casually catch up on.

I try to get through The Walking Dead, Dexter and Homeland before bed if possible.

I pretty much always watch Dexter, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Simpsons, and Comic Book Men night of airing. I tend to sit on Game of Thrones and Boardwalk Empire.

I didn't put Breaking Bad in the Poll since it's a summer show and it faced pretty much no significant competition when it aired it's 1st 8 episodes.

The Good Wife and the Mentalist are nearly always pushed back by football or some other sport so I allow two hours on the DVR. Two hours for an hour long show. They get top priority because they need to get cleared first. Anyone who uses a DVR understands.

I watch boardwalk, then homeland, then the recorded walking dead, unless there is a really good SNF game. dexter usually gets pushed to monday. Game of thrones would also be on the must watch live list.

I don't watch much on Sunday. SNF on the 2nd TV for the 1st half and if it's a good game, watch the 2nd half on the main TV. I passively watch TAR off the DVR (I'm losing interest in the show). Record 1 or 2 shows (Homeland/Boardwalk/Mad Men) and watch them Monday. I wish they aired Mad Men at 9. I'd watch it Sunday night consistently if they did.

I watch Amazing Race live, then The Good Wife when, er, the wife gets home around 9:30. After that, she goes to bed and I'll watch NFL recordings or something else. I would probably watch the premium cable stuff right away if I got premium cable.

Still watching America's Funniest Videos every week. Then Once Upon a Time.

I try to watch Walking Dead as it airs, but many times I'll fall asleep (it's on at 9!) so I'll catch it and Boardwalk Empire, Simpsons, Family Guy on In Demand or record them.

Sunday Night Football and NBA games if there are any.

No hurry at all to watch any of the others. Simpsons, Bob's Burgers, and Family Guy would probably come first of the Sunday shows, though.

Re: Which Sunday Night Shows do you watch Night Of and Which Do you sit on?

The HBO, Showtime and AMC shows get priority -- though priority w/in these 3 change throughout the year. Currently, Showtime is getting priority (Dexter, Homeland). Boardwalk Empire, Treme and The Walking Dead are watched via DVR. Network shows including the FOX animation block are also watched via DVR.

Whereas earlier this year for example, AMC had priority (Mad Men, Breaking Bad).

I watch the NFL live in the fall and Celebrity Apprentice in the Spring. I also watch Dexter but not usually until mid week. Curb Your Enthusiasm Live as well when it is on. I DVR Simpsons every week but often times just end up deleting it.

Re: Which Sunday Night Shows do you watch Night Of and Which Do you sit on?

Right now Amazing Race, Dexter, and Boardwalk Empire usually get watched in that order (best show always goes last for me). I also try to get to Walking Dead, but that is a time related thing. Homeland gets watched whenever, and I still haven't started watching season 3 of Treme.

For spring, Game of Thrones replaces Boardwalk Empire. Mad Men would also naturally get watched on Sundays but last year I felt like I had "good TV overload" watching them back-to-back so I moved Mad Men to Monday night so I could give Mad Men the concentration level it deserved.

Football. Everything else is on the DVR. I'll try to watch Walking Dead when SNF finishes.

The Walking Dead and Homeland the night-of, then catch-up with Revenge and Boardwalk Empire later.
