All good choices by most accounts. If you like sports games, NBA 2K13 is supposed to be really good. There is also FIFA 13 and Madden 13.

AC3 will be $47 at TRU on 11/2 & 11/3, per CAG. You can pre-order it at BB, get the $20 in RZ credits when you pick it up at full price, then PM the TRU price a week later. Makes it essentially $27. Great deal.

Me, I'll be waiting until it's below $20, probably in March.

Yes, X-Com is a good choice. So that and Dishonored. I'm not really sold on Borderlands since I do no multiplayer. Is Darksiders II any good? Or maybe The Witcher 2?

Borderlands doesn't necessitate any multiplayer. It's not even really a different experience.

I like Darksiders 2, though not as much as the original. On paper, it should be better -- it takes the original's Zelda/God of War blend and adds Prince of Persia-style platforming and Diablo-style loot drops, but somehow, it lacks the charm and cohesiveness of the first. Still a good game, though.

I haven't played Witcher 2, but it's already under $35 on Amazon, so if you're interested, I'd get it there if I were you.

The Witcher 2 was $10 at Best Buy about a month ago. After you are done with your sandwich, you can get it there.

Also the 100% trade-in bonus will be back as well. If you don't want three new games, I'd recommend getting some of the newest ones (Bond, Forza Horizons, MoH Warfighter) and -believe it or not- trading in the unwanted new games as used (after harvesting the online passes and such for eBay sale if you so desire). I'd bet you'll get over $40 back for each one you turn in and could easily get the new game you really want for under $40.

I would highly recomend you check out the value on their online trade in site before you buy a game to trade in though. If you just want to get a new game for $40 and you are a power up pro member, I would recomend buying 3 used games from the following list from Best buy today and trading them into GS today.

If you can find a local xbox copy of MUA 2 and 2 copies of borderlands, that is a new release game+ for $30 out of pocket. I wouldn't try to trade 2 copies of borderlands to gamestop at the same time though.
