Anyone picking this one up in two weeks? Demo is out on the marketplace. Thought more people might be a little more interested this time around since it's more arcade like. I'm curious to see how it does coming out so close to NFS MW. It's also going to have the most expensive season pass so far, set at $50 for all future content.

I barely played Forza 4 (though it was pretty good). I'm certainly not getting it at launch, but since Forza 4 was only $27 at Target on Black Friday, I might wait and pick this on up if it's cheap on Black Friday as well

I have it preordered from the Microsoft store ($10 coupon and 1600 points free). I decided to get it at launch since it seemed to take Forza 4 forever to come down in price (other than one day deals like Black Friday that I always miss). I've been hoping for years they'd do something like this - the environments look beautiful from the previews. Any idea on whether you can import your cars from Forza 4?

The official Forza forums been going bonkers since this game was announced and even more so since the release of the demo yesterday. I'm with the side that thinks it's "sim" enough and am enjoying the demo.

Just placed my order at the Microsoft Store. Pretty decent deal. The demo seemed pretty fun, definitely can be "sim" enough for me. Not a huge fan of open world racers, but I'm a big enough Forza fan that I think I'll enjoy it.

It's just a discount on all the DLC they're planning. But yes, if you want everything plus all the DLC they release for it, it's $110. A little more if you buy the packs separately.

Sounds like they're doing 6-7 car packs and then one big content pack. The latter is all I'm interested in.

It feels like Burnout Paradise Forza. It's fine, but it's definitely no Forza 4.

I guess a better way to put it would be it driving the cars in the demo doesn't feel like Forza at all.

They're probably trying to turn Forza into an all encompassing franchise like Need For Speed. If this does well we're probably going to see more racers with the Forza name slapped on it.

Wow - not only is there not a review embargo, but it's a week and a half before the game's release, allowing people to cancel pre-orders if the game turned out to be crap. It's refreshing to see a publisher have the confidence to allow the reviews to come out this early and allow consumers to make a more informed choice. Seems like that hardly ever happens any more. After playing the demo and watching the clips on gametrailers, I'm really looking forward to this.
