I love this show. I wish more people in this forum would watch and not assume it's just another damn lawyer show. The characters and dialogue are so rich and multi-dimensional.

This is my first season watching The Good Wife live after watching all previous seasons on home video over the summer. Surprising absolutely no one, the commercials are really irritating. I'm not sure if that's the extend of the slightly different "feel" I had watching the show. It was (I guess) kind of nice to see that Alicia is somewhat open to attempting to rebuild her relationship with Peter. Nice in the sense that it'd be sad for the family to break up, but it's not as if Peter inherently deserves a do-over.
Kalinda's starting to be a superhero.

Solid premiere episode.
Even though the storyline with Zach getting stopped and arrested by Officer Robb was a little out there, I found it strangely compelling. at Zach recording the whole traffic stop and then e-mailing it, which pissed off Robb.
Not surprising that the whole thing tied into Peter's campaign for Governor.
I loved this line from Peter when he was talking to Phil:
"Because I'm the States Attorney General for a County that actually matters you Ass."
Maybe my memory is a little foggy, but how the hell is Lockhart/Gardner $60M in debt? Is it mainly because of Will's suspension and the loss of clients because of that? I got the impression last season that they were managing, but not flat out dying. I liked the scene with Nathan Lane's character talking to David Lee and letting him know much he would actually be getting leaving the firm and then David turns around and says he's staying.
One thing about Julianna, she pulls off the sexy, yet sophisticated look. She looked stunning this episode and I liked her new hair.
at Kalinda kicking some ass. Loved the fight scene with her ex, yet they go to her place and bang.

I'm going to ignore the Zach looking at porn issue and hope that it goes nowhere and just focus on how badass Kalinda is. The relationship between her and her ex is certainly complicated.

That was the best line of the episode (especially as someone who grew up in Cook County).

Spectacular episode. While the story with Zach was kind of a throwaway, it was interesting to see his character have some development and basically take on and resolve much of the issue on his own. It also allowed some great lines from Peter.
I haven't watched the next episode, but based on one of the closing shots of this episode, I have a feeling something more is going to come from Zach having a window showing porn ads. The screen was focused in on to make sure the audience saw that it was a porn ad.
This show just seems to get better and its too bad that more people aren't watching it and that it got moved to Sunday last season where its time gets screwed up because of f'ing football.
