Maybe Hendricks will finally get some love, and she'll run to the podium in a way that lends itself to slo-mo with later viewings.

All I care about is that Homeland and Louis CK win something on the telecast.

I don't watch all the drama shows, but from what I've heard, they could ALL be the best drama on television.

Homeland will almost certainly and deservedly win best actress for Claire Danes, but, personally, having watched all six shows, I would rank it 6th out of 6 on the shows nominated for Outstanding Drama.

Game of Thrones: Don't watch it
Boardwalk Empire: Don't watch it
Breaking Bad: See my thread on how this never got good.
Downton Abbey: Terrific, but a little too much soap opera, especially season 2.
So, that leaves Mad Men and Homeland as the only deserving nominees. I guess Mad Men is better, but it's won so many times in a row and there's a lot of buzz about Homeland, so I think it might have a small edge.

For the record, Downton Abbey would be fifth on my list. While I have my preferences, I can't argue with any of the other shows winning.

Hoping Breaking Bad and Modern Family clean up. Aaron Paul HAS to win best supporting actor in a dramatic role.

I want a breaking bad sweep. Baring that Game of Thrones. Homeland was great too. Very hard to choose I guess. NO MADMEN PLEASE.

Why didn't anyone tell me about Kat Denning's huge amount of 'talent'? I may need to start watching CBS sitcoms again.

I bet the people sitting near the winner's press area are cursing their agents right now.

I still can't believe the disrespect of Justified. Tough categories to be sure, but if nothing else, how is Walton Goggins not nominated for Best Supporting Actor? He should be a perennial automatic.
Very happy for Jeremy Davies and some kind of recognition for the show, but come on!

How the fuck does Jon Cryer win that? awful
Also, if Homeland isn't better than Mad Men then something is wrong.
I like Mad Men a lot, but Homeland is the best show of the year.
But it will probably only win for Clare Danes.

JLD won just because she's JLD. Poehler deserved to finally win here, especially since it's clear they are showing no love to Dunham at all.
And after the Cryer win, I'm starting to sour on the Emmys now.

I am not watching, but maybe Pohler is slutting it up since she broke up with Wil Arnett.
