The relationship between Shane and the black girl feels forced. No chemistry between the two.

At least there is still some humor in Doug's world. Although that it pretty ridiculous as well.

It's beyond that, they strung Andy along for many seasons (and Doug especially). Since he help grew weed in Agrestic, he's been just jumping jobs... food caterer, porn star, coyote, hotel laborer, chef, bike shop owner, and whatever the hell he's doing now. And he gets mixed up in all sorts of shit that really doesn't do much for the overall storyline.

That seemed to be the case since Season 4.

It's like the writers have been making shit up as they go along for 5 seasons. Doesn't seem like they have anything planned/written beyond a few episodes and no grand plan.

What was the point of Doug's sleepwalking/shitting storyline? Silas has a job at that company for only one episode? Just a mish-mash of crap.

Soooo grateful the show will be over soon.

The upsetting thing is the dramatic downfall of quality between seasons 1 - 3 and the rest of the series. Alas, I only have myself to blame for sticking around.

I think we can all agree that this show is a hulking, abusive husband, and we're the clueless wives who stick around despite knowing it won't get any better.

At least it's dying this year.
