Great...dumbass sent me a heavily damaged copy of the Golden Girls season 2
I ordered The Sarah Silverman Program complete series from this guy on Amazon marketplace with a really good feedback score. This dumbass sent me a heavily damaged copy of the Golden Girls season 2...I'm PISSED

The worst thing that ever happened to me is a seller keeping my money, never shipping the DVD, and not replying to emails. I learned later it was deliberate, as it happened to several other buyers, too. Your guy screwed up so badly that I'd give him the benefit of the doubt (i.e. accidentally transposing mailing labels) until he replies (or doesn't reply) to your email.

How do you know it was deliberate? Maybe something happened to him. There's literally no benefit to this, as Amazon will refund the money to the customer. Did you get a shipping confirmation email? Because the seller doesn't even get any money until he confirms shipment.

I contacted the seller, and he gave me the address to the person who has my package and vice versa. Now the only problem is he can't get in touch with the other person. He is trying the resolve the problem so I do feel better about the situation.

Hopefully it goes without saying, but it's his job to resolve the problem, not yours. The most you should have to do is print a return label, repackage the set, and drive it to the post office. If you reach the end of the Amazon delivery period with no resolution, or if the seller goes silent, go the formal Amazon refund/claim route.

it happpens.
I mixed up two orders one time. I emailed both buyers and ex[lained what i did. gave them each the address of the person who had the other item and they hwere nice enough to put the label and corrected address on and send them out.
No feedback from one but a 5 star from the other.

Finally got it today, and it was fucked. Dvd set in HORRIBLE condition now I have to see if I can send it back to this idiot for a full refund. I'm done with Amazon marketplace.

and to make things worse I received something else that was supposed to be "new" but it was opened with holes punched IN the artwork, also the case was broken FML.
