Anyone recognize either of these women, or know the film this is taken from?

Re: Anyone recognize either of these actresses?
Yeah, I realize it's posted in other forums (I saw it in the Steve Hoffman forums). I'm trying to help by casting a wider net...
Numanoid, good guess, but I don't think the blond (Sara Lane?) looks right.
Incidentally, I had posted it in Other in order to not limit it to film or TV, since either actress may be known for either medium.

As the original poster of this at both SH and HTF, I should have posted it here too. Thanks to andicus for spreading it around.
We've established that the above picture is mirror reversed, so it should be flipped. When you do, you can just make out the word "HAWTHORNE" on the sweatshirt/sweater of the brunette.
Thanks to anyone who extends any effort on this curiosity.

I'm thinking this may be a lighting test, film test, lens test, etc., from I SAW WHAT YOU DID, after looking at the trailer on YouTube.
The actresses are not the same as this frame, but they could have been stand-ins for the test, hence the subsequent use of this frame as leader on a TV show print.
It's as good a theory as any one I've seen, so thanks, Numanoid, for the suggestion.
