You mean besides the fact that it's a remake of the Norwegian one? It's actually my favorite as well, but I do love the original as well which fuels my love for Nolan's remake.

I didn't like Insomnia, to me it fell apart at the end and wasn't the most engaging movie before that.

The Prestige, no doubt. It's a movie I can watch over and over and still be amazed and find different things.

I had Inception very high on my list but something about it kills the rewatchability of it for me.

There's a big drop off for me from Rises to Insomnia. Not that Insomnia is bad, it just doesn't stand out much compared to his other work.

I think it's between Inception and Memento for me. But I think the epicness of Inception and the monster of a score plus the subject mattet(I'm a sucker for dream movies) push it to the top for me.

I still need to see Following, but for now it's Memento. Saw that a number of times in theaters, then numerous times (including chronologically) on DVD.

I'd have to say The Prestige. It not only looks incredible, it's one of the few movies with a "twist" that I enjoy watching again and again. Plus, it seems to earn that twist.

This. I may really like TDKR a lot cuz I'm Batman fan but The Prestige has that bit of morality and obsessive play that attracts me. That twist was awesome. It's also probably my favorite Jackman film too. Never took him very serious as an actor till this. i thought he was a fine actor but he really sold it well here.

It's also his best film as well. Just really really compact w/ detail and a great story. Also...fucking David Bowie as Tesla. Sold.
