That was a good start to season 2! Lots of action, plenty of alpha powers on display (the store robbery at the beginning was pretty cool), and by the end of the episode the team is all back together. I'm really glad to have this show back.

Awesome start to the 2nd season.
This left a much better taste in my mouth after the stink that was Warehouse 13's premiere.
Lots of action and a pretty suspenseful prison sequence with the rogue alphas. So it looks like Stanton Parish and his rogue alphas are going to be the main season villain against Rosen's team. Plus it should be interesting with Rosen's daughter working with him. I think the handled the whole fallout after Rosen's Alphas confession in front of Congress well.
A little surprised that David Strathairn went back to the old scruffy look that he had in the Pilot episode. He was clean shaven after the Pilot.
And I agree, the whole grocery store robbery sequence was great.
I think this is an example of how to do serialized and standalone plots together the right way. You can satisfy both audiences on this show.

I'm in agreement this was an awesome start to the season for Alphas. Solid action, a bunch of new powers on screen, and some interesting plot developments. What I didn't like was the doctor returning to the status quo under the government so quickly, particularly after locking him up in a mental institution for eight months.
