I REALLY liked this episode. Glad they've made Louis a little more three dimensional, and the turn of events at the end w/Donna was really well done.

I also realized after watching this episode that for a TV show about lawyers, there is surprisingly little time devoted to actual trials. I don't remember if this was true for season 1, I do remember an actual trial scene with Harvey vs a NYC cab driver who was representing himself, but as opposed to other lawyer shows, Suits has very little trial time.

Harvey (and the firm) remind me of Lt. Caffey, where they either strong arm a solution or take a plea deal that's not very damaging.
The Louis and Mike pairing was nice.
And the chick that plays Rachel still does nothing for me. That ladder and her high waisted suits did not flatter an already unflattering body.
