Recommend me some music please
I'm rediscovering a lot of music that I have not listened to in a long time.
However, I'm also feeling the need to discover something new as well. (It doesn't have to be "new" as in current or recent release, just new to me.)
I don't have satellite radio so I can't just browse, and I haven't had much luck with Spotify.
Here's a list of the artists in my collection, along with album counts. Doesn't necessarily equate to level of liking, but there is a correlation to some extent. I've deleted some things like anime or video game soundtracks. Primarily I like 'classic' heavy metal/hard rock, punk, 80s alternative/metal, a little bit of speed - but I also like things like Dave Brubeck, Pet Clark, and Keiko Matsui.
Any suggestions would be appreciated, I need some new musical inputs.
Thanks in advance.

KMFDM? Try some Lords of Acid, specifically "VooDoo-U"
Skinny Puppy? Ohgr seems to be missing from that list.
Ministry/RevCo? If you don't have it, get the "Ministry Side Trax" disc. Awesome version of "Supernaut". And do seek out the banned version of "Physical", because it puts the Olivia Newton-John version to absolute shame.

You seem to have similar interests as me. My rateyourmusic page is here, for maybe some ideas.
It appears that you like a dose of humor with your music. I would try The Vindictives, Boris the Sprinkler, and The Queers. All punk.

You have a lot of late 70s and early 80s hard rock/heavy metal, so I was surprised to see these missing:
Def Leppard - High and Dry
Saxon- Wheels of Steel, Denim and Leather
Dio - Holy Diver, The Last in Line
Early Van Halen

Re: Recommend me some music please
Thanks for the suggestions, some good stuff. I've got a lot to check into.
I think I had that Bad Brains release on cassette way back when, it didn't do anything for me. Maybe I'll give it another shot, I know they're a seminal band.
Cro-Mags - I'll definitely pursue them. They (I know they have had multiple lineup changes) are actually playing here in June, along with 9 other punk/ska bands.'
Agnostic Front - Not sure if I like them or CroMags more on my first brief listens. The first album I sampled was last year's, I'll need to compare with some of the older stuff.
Lords of Acid - OK I like them. Quite varied, some of the faster techno type stuff, then some "lighter" ambient type mood/soundscape tracks.
Same with Ohgr, aggressive like some of the industrial I'm familiar with, but not quite as overpowering, with some electronic/alternative mixed in.
I do like a little humor in my music, I'll definitely check out some of the humorous punk bands you suggest. Actually The Queers are also playing on that bill with the Cro-Mags.
http://dirtysouthfest.com/
Tegan and Sara - hmm there's something there. I'll give them a deeper listen.
Not sure the yeah Yeah Yeahs do anything for me.
I dabbled with Zeppelin and had a couple Hendrix tapes, but never got around to getting them in MP3. I had a neighbor who was a hardcore Zep fan and I think I got burned out Though I'll still sing along if I hear a track like in a bar or something. Hendrix seemed like I always had to pay more attention to it, and while I like doing that sometimes, I also like to be able to listen with only one ear sometimes. But I do need to fill in a few gaps with some of the true classics and original innovators.
Dio - of course there's some Dio-fronted albums in my Sabbath collection, and while I used to be a hardcore Ozzy supporter, and still like his music, I have gotten a better appreciation for Dio's work.
Def Leppard - listening to music in the 80's, of course I'm familiar with them I will be avoiding them though.
Van Halen - I did listen to them in the 80's, so it would be revisiting work I'm familiar with.
Accept - I recall hearing them on the radio years ago and liking them, I'm not sure why I never followed up on them.
Good stuff, thanks y'all. I've got about half dozen to chase down that I had never really heard before, and another half dozen that I had some passing awareness of but not any deep familiarity. And there's some diversity even within the styles I like.

First of all, you have EXCELLENT taste.
Second of all, you seem to be open-minded.
Third of all, there's a whole freakin' world of great music out there that you need to know about!
Based on your tastes and what you've said, I STRONGLY recommend the following:
The Queers: start with "Love Songs For The Retarded", but anything by them is excellent. Well written Ramones meets Beach Boys songs that are catchy and at times funny.
Goo Goo Dolls: don't let their soft ballad crap turn you off. Check out their first three albums. s/t, "Jed", and "Hold Me Up"
Chixdiggit: check out their first album (on Sub Pop, since re-recorded and released on their own label, I think). Fast, catchy, punk rock with a great sense of humor (i.e. every song mentions the singer's mom & goes into a "let's rock" before the solo)
Screeching Weasel: more aggro than the Queers, but still a must. Especially their mid-period stuff ("Wiggle", "Anthem For A New Tomorrow", & "My Brain Hurts"))
The Wildhearts: since you love AC/DC so much, you MUST love the power of the riff. Albums to check out are "Earth Vs The Wildhearts", "Fishing For Luckies", "The Wildhearts Must Be Destroyed" and ALL their b-sides. You may want to check out a live album or two. HUNDREDS of great riff driven songs here by one of the greatest songwriters ever. From their you can check out their side projects (Ginger, Silver Ginger 5, Yo-Yos, & more)
The Hellacopters: same thing regarding the riff. Like the Wildhearts, there's excellent songwriting here, but in their latter period, they're not as riff driven as the Wildhearts. I would start off with "Payin' The Dues" and follow up with the "Supershitty To The Max" if you want the rougher stuff and anything afterwards for "cleaner" stuff. Also, check out ANY and ALL of their b-sides. Lots of gems there.
Rocket From The Crypt: high energy riff driven punkish music

Re: Recommend me some music please
I see you have GnR on your list but only one album. I'm guessing AfD. You should definitely try Use Your Illusion I&II.
Goblin is an Italian prog-rock '70's band that you might like that did soundtrack music for Dario Argento horror films. Profondo Rosso, Suspiria, Tenebre, Phenomena, Opera.
No Jethro Tull on your list. You should try at least Thick as a Brick, Minstrel in the Gallery, Benefit, Stand Up and Aqualung.
Some more Queen and Queensrÿche for sure. Queen's first 8 albums plus The Works, The Miracle and Innuendo. Queensrÿche's EP, The Warning, Rage for Order, Operation: Mindcrime and Empire.

Didn't pour over your list but I'll toss out 3 that I recently discovered:
Black Country Communion
Animals as Leaders
Sully Erna - lead singer of Godsmack, mellow solo album. I can't stop listening to this one.
I'll save him some time (and third the vote for RyG). Covers are cool but 11:11 is an amazing album, here's one track:

Along those same lines, I don't see any Replacements or (early) Soul Asylum on your list, either.

+1 to R&G. They are amazing.
I'd recomend one of my favorite bands (who I will be seeing later next month):
mewithoutYou
They are a post hardcore band out of Philly. The lead singer speaks loudly more than sings on most of their songs. Their first album is ok, but their last 3 records have all be great. They have a new record comming out next month.
Sorry I can't embed these:

You can stream a bunch of their songs on their facebook page
