Synopsis:

Spoiler:
Brennan and Booth Welcome Their Baby Daughter

The remains of an escaped convict are found in a residential sewer, but an examination of the sewer pipes indicates that the murder occurred within prison walls. Brennan insists on solving the crime - despite Booth's pleas for her not to overexert herself - and the expectant couple experiences a very untraditional arrival of their baby daughter in the all-new "The Prisoner in the Pipe" Spring Premiere episode of BONES airing Monday, April 2 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (BON-707) (TV-14 D, L, S, V)

Episode 7 of 17

Bones is moving to Mondays for the remainder of the season.

This show gets absolutely no love here whatsoever since it aired on Thursdays. Hopefully it will get more eyes on Monday.

FYI, Bones was renewed for an 8th season last week.

Congrats to Booth and Bones

Very nice episode and moments between them.

Should be interesting to see how this show moves forward the rest of this season and going into season 8.

Found this interesting. Good episode. Not sure how I feel about how they're handling Angela and Hodgins baby with the time jump. Where's that kid?

So was I the only one who saw that Parker making a mobile thing a MILE away?

Yeah, his attitude definitely made viewers think that he was doing some sort of surprise for them, rather than acting out. This show seems to deliver pretty good every week. Nothing ground-breaking but I enjoy every episode.

I figured it out right away too. How the hell did Booth and Bones miss that?

Because they're bad parents? Parker arrives for a visit, and it looked like Booth hardly blinked much less took some time off from work to spend with him. He set up a whole bedroom and then was like "see ya!" It kind of annoyed me.

I absolutely loathe the Booth and Bones relationship, and this show is on the verge of being dumped from my radar.

I have not watched one of them yet for this year. I have them all DVR'd and am not sure I will watch any of them.

So the first part before the break she was out running around pregnant and now after the break she had the kid?

Brennan had the baby a few weeks ago.

And I like them as a couple. IMO, it's a natural progression of their relationship, especially after 7 years. I only hope Castle on ABC will do the same.

BTW, I read the 4 extra episodes that were produced will air next season. So expect next season to have as many as 26 episodes.

Every time we watch Castle, my gf mentions that the relationship between leading rolls works in Bones so it should work in Castle too. She really wants to see them hook up, haha.

Good to hear about the long season. I'm just hoping Fox decides to keep The Finder. Bones leading into Finder is a great 2 hour block.

The car advertisements they shoehorn into this show are absolutely cringeworthy.

I'm in the same boat, although I'm sure I will get around to them at some point. I don't really care about the relationship stuff, except when it gets in the way of the case of the week, witty banter, etc. Like Castle, I see it mostly as a procedural with some funny, likable characters and not a serial drama.

I hadn't watched any of the episodes and finally just deleted them. I like all the characters (well, almost all), but I just don't care about them anymore.

Me too. Do we really need a "burbling baby" shot every ten minutes?

Hopefully ratings will tank and the next show that considers disregarding the Moonlighting curse will reconsider.

Short of putting this season/the show on hiatus to accommodate Emily Deschanel's real life pregnancy, I don't see how they could have handled it any other way.

So ... anyone digging the Bones on the run angle for their season ending cliffhanger? Not me.
