Funny how if you Google that model player, it's just a bunch of different sites with you asking this same question. If it's that hard to find, maybe you should just invest $40 bucks or so and buy a new DVD player.

It's some cheap Chinese brand that doesn't have a working web page. The answer is to buy a new player from someplace people have heard of.
