Unless... there is some kind of sale. I really enjoyed that nine bucks deal, Target had a few weeks back.

I was getting so annoyed that I hadn't heard of a DVD release of "Fairly Legal" - will definitely pick that up

Saw a few "new low price" stickers on a few TV sets:
The Bionic Woman S3 $19.99
Family Matters S1 $9.99
Full House S1 $9.99
The Waltons S1 $9.99
...may have been a few more, that's all I remember.
Doesn't look like there's a thead in the blu-ray forum, but also all the blu-rays on that endcap that has 7.99 movies is on sale for $7 this week. Deep Impact, Enemy of the State, Crimson Tide, This is It (Michael Jackson), Solitary Man, City Island... plus more I can't remember. And Happy Feet is $8!

I didn't get Crimson Tide because it was the theatrical cut only (unlike the DVD). I got Deep Impact for $7 at Target a few days before Christmas. This Is It was $5.99 at Target (maybe on BF). I've seen City Island and Solitary Man in the used BD section of almost every Blockbuster I've visited, so if you find a closing store you might get those cheaper there.

My store only had two copies this morning. I picked the one without the scuffed slipcover. Did other stores have more DVDs?
