Despite the fact that there was no Fiona boobies, which always makes every episode they appear in awesome, I thought this episode was flippin' hilarious.

Sheila gave the phrase "sit on my face" a whole new spin.
it was very sad to see both lip and fiona turn down chances to go farther and do more than they are now.

Fiona was just thinking of her siblings care. Lip is just being pissy; surely someone as smart as him knows he could provide better with a HS diploma and college than as a HS dropout.

That was fricking hilarious.
Sheila takes assisted suicide to a new level.
"Go into the light"
Only Frank Gallagher would get high off his Mom's morphine drip.
Lip was being a little bitch in this episode. It sucks that he lost all motivation to make himself any better than he is. Same goes for Fiona turning down that job in the club and the possibility of becoming an assistant manager. I get that someone needs to be home to take care of Liam, but I wouldn't pass an opportunity like that.
Steve's wife: "I'm in a halfway house. I'm holding a crack baby"
The only thing that I thought was kind of stupid was Mickey wanting to kill Frank for catching him with Ian.

Every time I'm done watching an episode, I feel the urgent need to take a shower.
I also didn't get why Mickey wanted to kill Frank. He was worried about his father finding out. He really doesn't seem like the type of person to give a shit what anyone thinks... even his father. I also didn't get why he broke his parole - how does going to prison solve anything for him?
Why is Lip being such a whiny bitch anyways? I thought Karen getting married was his issue... that's all done with now, but why doesn't he want to go back to school?

All that contributes to him not wanting it to get out that he's really gay himself. Killing Frank is his solution because he's a psychopath.

And I suspect that he thought beating up the cop meant people would like be talking about that over anything else.
