Spotted S2 at a local Target store yesterday, and this are S1 are currently $15 each at target.com. YMMV at B&M stores, as always.

I'm pretty sure S2 is national. The only problem is it might not last long, I'm pretty sure it's NCF, so when they're gone they're gone. Just a guess on my part though
