I think it's only the Boston and Miami markets, but if you call them, be firm but polite, you can get $5 off your bill for the next 6 months and Starz for 3 months (or Showtime for 2 months) for the inconvenience of not being able to watch NBC and CW in Boston and FOX in Miami for the past 10 days.



PS: I also recommend, if you can, getting an AM21N and a Clearstream4 antenna installed in your attic as a backup in case they DON'T get it squared away before the Superbowl!
