I'm blanking out on this one, and figured that I can get an answer here. Trying to remember what movie this comic sketch is from. The joke was about the Queen addressing her court, and every time she said "Neil" everyone would kneel down. Something like..."Neil......(group kneels down)....Sedaka....(everyone gets back up)...was my favorite singer. Neil......(group kneels down)....Armstrong....(everyone gets back up)...was the first man on the moon. Kneel...(everyone pauses)...Kneel...(everyone pauses)....I SAID KNEEL!!" and everyone falls to their knee. I thought it might have been Naked Gun, but that wasn't it. Any ideas?

Posted the same question not only on Yahoo Answers, but IMDb message boards too. I know I didn't dream it up, because several people I've talked with saying they remember the bit...they just can't remember where it is from.
