So I ordered the PS3 deal ($199, 2 games) from store.sony.com on Black Friday...the initial order said it should ship by that Monday...but it never did. The order just said "processing" so I tried to contact them last week via phone and email. No response either way. I wake up this morning to an email saying the order is cancelled...no explanation. UGH!

Sony Store you are off the list!
