UNCODED DVD+R Disks - where to buy in Italy?
My friend in Italy (REGION 2) wants to know where he can buy blank
uncoded (Region 0 or Region All) DVD+R in NTSC format so his information
will work on my Region 1 DVD player. Contact DVD Info as soon as possible.

DVD media do not inherently have video format or region coding information. These functions are performed by the video encoding and DVD authoring software, respectively, so he can buy whatever media he can find.
Consumer DVD authoring software do not usually have the ability to region code authored discs (i.e. they are usually authored as All Region). For the video encoder (usually included with the authoring software), you will have the option to specify whether the output video format is NTSC or PAL.
