Link. This price appears to be a new low according to one price-tracking site: price-tracking graph.

This release got the "DVD Talk Collectors Series" designation when it was reviewed here: Link to review

It's a good flick, part of my collection.

Just be aware for those that don't know that this is not two different movies. It's the same movie, but in two different versions, the U.S. cut and the British cut, which includes some extended scenes.

Re: Random Amazon price drop: Curse of the Demon/Night of the Demon $6.49

Just watched my copy last night. Not sure I would elevate it to "Collector's Series" status personally, but it was a much-better-than-average B-flick (call it a "B+" flick) with very good image quality.

I think it was a tactical error to reveal the man-bear-pig monster in the first few minutes of the film, but the picture still had a couple of decent scares after that. I hate the obligatory/distracting love interest plotline you always find bolted onto these 1950s pics, but with this film, at least it was not as inane as many others I have seen.

A worthwhile buy if you've never seen it, especially if you're cramming in the spook flicks for Halloween.
