I'll give it a try for sure. With 4 girls and only 3 guys, they will probably add someone to the cast if someone goes home or gets kicked out.

Whoa, I put together the first post and I thought Sam was a guy until now! Either that or an Ed Grimley look-a-like contest winner.

This looks like the least interesting season yet... it might battle Washington DC for the worst season ever.

The last Real World San Diego was my favorite season ever. This one looks awful. PASS.

I thought Sam came across as annoying when just the guys went out to eat, and thought she had to go with them. I thought Frank was gay, but claims he is bi sexual. The only reason Priscilla is there being only 19, the shows producers probably want some kind of message story since she is from a family of illegal immigrants.

This looks dreadful. I'll give it one or two more eps before I bail.

Is anyone still watching? Frank is a lunatic when he drinks, I would probably freak out a little bit like Nate knowing Frank was sleeping with that guy he brought home, and probably did it in his bed.

I'm watching... but the producers have somehow taken this show to a new level of shittiness. Putting a 19 year old in the house was plain dumb. Bottom line is that this show used to be what Jersey Shore is... now JS is so over the top, this is like watching an afterschool special.

That said, yes, Frank sucks.

Zach is the bigot of the season and Frank is the drunk of the season.
Can't they try anything new these days on the Real World?
Remember when Real World used to be about people interacting in a small living place? Not who was going to fuck who.

Yeah, I wish Mary Bunim was still alive, maybe should would have had better influence over casting.

I remember when they had people on that had other interests than just drinking and fucking. People like Judd and Pam from San Francisco or Sarah from Miami. I guess Mike from last season was a little like them. The girls may be decent this season, but so far they've concentrated mainly on the guys.

Do they still give them jobs during the season. I can't remember what they did last season.

^^ Didn't they have to do some charity event as their "job"? I remember them designing a guitar or some such nonsense.

Well I think Zach has become one of my favorite people to have ever been on the Real World. A conservative, gun loving muscle guy who isn't a D-bag. Saying "I am going to beat the gay out of you" to Sam was wrong. But Sam and Frank should respect that he doesn't want to be a part of a pride parade. Working at the House of Blues would definately be a fun job.

Zach is nothing but a redneck homophobe who's at least smart enough to not say most of these things on national television (he slipped last night obviously) but still can't stop letting everyone be aware he thinks this way.

But I dare them to flat out come out and say "I'm against homosexuals" rather then do this song an dance of "I just don't want to be involved."

I think Zach is a douche and instead of trying to grow as a person, he will stay in his little bubble. Looking good with his skin care products but still dumb as can be.
Go back to your old hick town and go huntin'.

How dare Zach refrain from not only endorsing but actively promoting the gay agenda. Then again, unless he has never seen MTV he had to know it was coming. I'm sure the complaining roomates would fall all over themselves should he insist they attend rallies and promote the NRA, Tea Party, and Pro-Life movements.

Your comparing being gay with Politics?

No, because it is possible to be gay and not form organizations to hold rallies, marches, and actively promote political candidates and causes.

I agree but the guy hates gays and it shows. He isn't even trying to be tolerant.
And most of these problems that the guys have with Frank started when he slept with another guy. Straight guys automatically feel threatened in some Macho way.

He doesn't want to endorse it, he doesn't have to endorse it, but stop being coy about why he won't endorse it and just flat out say "Its against my religion, its wrong, anything."

This whole "I want to be myself on reality TV but can't BE MYSELF for fear of offending family" mentality is so stupid.

Anyone catch the reunion? It's finally in HD now.

I think Frank must be auditioning for the Freddy Mercury movie. He's actually sans headband too.

Nate and Priscilla from this season are on the new season of The Challenge.

Yep I watched it.

Everyone ganged up on the two of them with quite a few of them correctly asking "If you didn't want to be part of the group, then why did you sign up for the show?"

And as usual, Zach couldn't change anyone's mind in that he's actually against homosexuality in any way, no matter how many times he swore he wasn't.

I enjoyed this season, I thought it was cool seeing people like Zach and Ashley on this show as young people who are conservative. It felt like now matter what was said everyone was ganging up on them for that.

Absolute conformity is required. No difference of opinion is tolerated once the absolute truth is known. You are only free to think correct thoughts. So stay in line and smile.
