so I'm a little confused - Series 4 is actually series 5 as according to wikipedia ... right? which are the episodes:

Old, Unhappy, Far Off Things
Wild Justice
The Mind Has Mountains
The Gift Of Promise

the review mentions Mind of Mountains, but doesn't bother to include or list the other episodes but one can surmise and conclude it's the other episodes listed here.
