Need Help Anyone recognize this movie ?
I watched the Trailer somewhere in 2000 and 2009 at the movies .
Was about a detective chasing a serial killer who turns his killings into strange art or paintings . In the art or paintings are clues to who he is and how to find him .
Any help would be great .
