I just went through a 7 episode marathon to get caught up. Honestly, I think it would have been really difficult trying to cover up Mary's pregnacy. She's already a very voluptuous woman and her weight gain is very noticeable on screen and boobs are fricking huge now. Once her ex was introduced a few weeks ago, I knew he would be written as the father.
