Where can i sell my DVDs in bulk? In Canada?
I recently moved into my new apartment and i started setting up my shelves to put all my nerd stuff and i finally dug through all my DVDs and there's alot i already re-bought on blu ray or i just plain don't want anymore.
So yeah anyone know how i can sell my DVDs somewhere? i have at least a 100. i'm totally new to this selling business, i don't even have a paypal account. I don't mind if i only sell my dvds for only 1 or 2$ i just want to get rid of them and have some money to buy their blu ray counterparts!
Thanks!

Craiglist would be easiest. not sure what second hand retailers you have in Canuckistan though....Hastings or Half Price Books? If you're willing to settle for that little, you shouldn't have an issue. Just find whatever large used book/cd/dvd stores are in Montreal and give them a call.

not sure if program is eligible for Canadian residents, but I would at least check into it. Seems fairly painless less money than if you were to sell them yourself but would definitely free up your shelf space if you're eligible.

I put an ad on Kijiji and i'm giving my 120 DVDs for 200$. I got a buyer and he's coming tomorrow to pick them up, if i would of known it was this easy it would of increased the price a little lol but this was the best offer i got today, most people wanted to buy 4-5 titles individually for 3$ each i'd rather sell the whole lot for 200(1.66$ a movie) It sucks because i spent so much time and money buying these things! it's sad to part with them for a FRACTION of what i paid for them orginally, but hey that's the name of the game!
This is the list. Tell me if it's a good deal or not...

Great deal for the guy who's buying them all I think you should have asked around $300-$400 for the whole lot. At least then it allows you space to negotiate down (if applicable) with serious buyers...

Re: Where can i sell my DVDs in bulk? In Canada?
There's no easy solution to selling a lot of used DVDs. As a large lot, you're lucky to get $1.66 each especially at this time of year when HMV, Rogers Video among others are shutting their doors and selling DVDs brand new for $3-$4 each.
I know it's tough when you probably spent $15-$25 each several years ago and watched them once but that's the market!
