-Its for my soon to be SonoSub-

The sub will have a single 12" shiva tuned to 19hz with 2 ports. Im looking for an amp to power this. Im a college student so money plays a great factor. I want to get something though that I can use for a lifetime. Something that is good quality and robust. I would like to spend ~$200 (US) on this. Im not sure if this is possible for that price I wanna spend. Any help wouild be greatly appreciated.

Regards, JON

I don't know what you time horizon is for buying the amp, but Adire Audio will be selling 250W/4 ohm plate amps for around $180, but I don't know when they'll actually offer them for sale. You should email them and see what they say.

I'm a proud Sunosub owner.
